許可項(xiàng)目：建設(shè)工程設(shè)計(jì)；各類工程建設(shè)活動(dòng)（核電站建設(shè)經(jīng)營(yíng)、供排水管除外）；貨物進(jìn)出口；技術(shù)進(jìn)出口。（依法須經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的項(xiàng)目，經(jīng)相關(guān)部門批準(zhǔn)后方可開展經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)，具體經(jīng)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目以相關(guān)部門批準(zhǔn)文件或許可證件為準(zhǔn)）一般項(xiàng)目：受母公司和所投資企業(yè)的委托，向境內(nèi)的關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)提供以下管理和服務(wù)：財(cái)務(wù)管理、技術(shù)支持和研究開發(fā)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷服務(wù)、信息服務(wù)、員工培訓(xùn)和管理；承接境內(nèi)的關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)的共享服務(wù)及服務(wù)外包；提供相關(guān)的材料采購(gòu)管理服務(wù)；供應(yīng)鏈管理及其他物流運(yùn)作；相關(guān)工程設(shè)備管理；物業(yè)管理（限于工業(yè)廠房的管理）；提供上述工程相關(guān)的技術(shù)
